With its liquid edges, Messy Church is geared toward people of all ages and backgrounds. It is a monthly worship experience with the opportunity for intergenerational learning and fellowship in a Christ centered atmosphere. The purpose is to explore God's love in a welcoming, accessible way through faith, family, food, and fun. Messy Church is not a craft club or children's program. It's actual church, though it looks different from most worship services.

Core values of Messy Church

• Christ-centered: The goal of every gathering is to share the gospel and grow God's kingdom.

• All-age: Children can learn from adults and adults can learn from children. We all learn how to love each other and to love God by spending time together.

• Celebration: The joy of being a child of God and a member of a body of the church. It's about saying yes, there is a huge amount to celebrate in our faith life.

• Creativity: Reflecting on who God is as creator of new things and re-creator of people and communities.

• Hospitality: We begin each Messy Church with sharing a meal and breaking bread together.
