Members of West Chester Presbyterian Church:

  • Call the church office (777-1705) for information about using the church for your event.

 

Non-Member Building Usage:

  • Call the church office (777-1705) or email WCPC to request a Building Use Form

 

Non-Profit Organizations: 

    At the time of scheduling:

  • a $100 refundable security deposit

  • a $100 nonrefundable custodial fee is required if refreshments are planned for the event

  • a $15/hr. non refundable fee

 

For-Profit Organizations:

    At the time of scheduling:

  • a $100 refundable security deposit

  • a $100 nonrefundable custodial fee is required if refreshments are planned for the event

  • a $25/hr. nonrefundable fee

 

Sports:

     At the time of scheduling:

  • a $100 refundable security deposit

  • a $10/hr. non refundable fee

 

All Building Use Requests are subject to approval by the Session of WCPC
